City Mayor of Valencia City

As my call to serve and lead the people of the City of Valencia, it is a challenge for me to make the city more progressive. First and foremost, to be able to attain it, I ensure that the employees of the City Government of Valencia serve the people in excellence as true public servants.
Among the many steps I took during my administration, I am encouraged to create a functional website to foster transparency. It is a tool to provide better services to all sectors in the community and it will also encourage public participation. The ultimate aim of this website is that eventually it will become a channel to facilitate business transactions efficiently using secured electronic payment systems.
It is with great pleasure to welcome you all to the official website of the City of Valencia. Feel free to browse and may it answer specific need of all users.
Thank you.

Holding this event would encourage them to participate more in the programs of the government that could benefit them,” Ms. Vanessa Anne Alvarez, the Youth Focal Person explained.

During the first part of the whole day celebration, a symposium on Sex Education and STI, HIV Awareness was conducted with Hon. Policarpo P. Murillo IV, MD as the speaker, and being the Co-Chairperson of the Valencia City AIDS Council, he emphasized that the youth should be sexually responsible and must not engage in matters that could hamper their studies and most especially their health.

The Local Chief Executive, Hon. Azucena P. Huervas, who initiated the celebration, encouraged the youth to engage in activities that could make them productive and also help save mother nature since Valencia City is an agricultural city.
