As my call to serve and lead the people of the City of Valencia, it is a challenge for me to make the city more progressive. First and foremost, to be able to attain it, I ensure that the employees of the City Government of Valencia serve the people in excellence as true public servants.
Among the many steps I took during my administration, I am encouraged to create a functional website to foster transparency. It is a tool to provide better services to all sectors in the community and it will also encourage public participation. The ultimate aim of this website is that eventually it will become a channel to facilitate business transactions efficiently using secured electronic payment systems.

Php 304, 515.75 Worth of Kitchen Utensils Distributed to 110 Day Care Centers of the City of Valencia


July 31, 2015: DSWD Field Office 10 downloaded kitchen wares to the City Government of Valencia through the City Social Welfare and Development Office for the Supplementary Feeding Program of DSWD X to Valencia City. The Kitchen utensils amounting to Php 304, 515.75 will be distributed to the 110 Day Care Centers in the 31 barangays of the City of Valencia.

Mrs. Juanita A. Javier, RSW, the City Social Welfare and Development Officer stated that these utensils will be of great help to the Day Care Workers as well as the parents of the pupils who are working hand in hand to prepare the daily feeding program allocated by DSWD Region X to the Day Care Pupils of Valencia City. DSWD 10 has downloaded funds to Valencia City for the Supplementary Feeding Program to the 110 Day Care Centers of Valencia City.

In the 31 barangays of Valencia City, there are 3,883 Day Care pupils attended by 110 competent Day Care Workers under the supervision of the City Social Welfare and Development Office through the Early Childhood Care and Development Division.
