CSC Conducts Basic Customer Skills Seminar to Valencia City Employees



The Civil Service Commission conducted a 2-day Basic Customer Service Skills Seminar for the employees of Valencia City on June 17-18, 2015 at CAP Building, Valencia City. CSC Malaybalay City OIC Director II Mrs. Lilia Baliguat, Ms. Mary Ann Borres, OIC – HRD of CSC Region X and Ms. Blondy Mutia of CSC Malaybalay City are the resource speakers. The Local Chief Executive Hon. Azucena P. Huervas aims to provide the employees with basic knowledge, skills and attitude in customer handling and provide excellent service and customer-oriented service culture. Through this seminar, employees on the frontline service can deal with customers efficiently by acquiring skills in building customer satisfaction and creating service excellence environment through customer feedback. Acting HRMO of Valencia City Ms. Monaliza L. Sebastian and Acting City Administrator Mr. Abe P. Gillaco spearheaded the said seminar.
