It is the vision of the Local Chief Executive to deliver the basic services of the City Government to all the constituents of Valencia City from all walks of life as mandated by law. The Local Chief Executive should ensure the delivery of basic services and the provision of adequate facilities.
City of Valencia is comprised of 31 barangays and some barangays are highly urbanized while some hinterland barangays are strategically situated in far-flung areas. As cited in Section 17 of the Local Government Code for the Basic Services and Facilities, Local Government Units shall endeavor to be self-reliant and shall continue exercising the powers and discharging the duties and functions currently vested upon them.
