To help ease traffic congestion and render proper traffic direction and control in the busiest highway of the city, the City Government of Valencia is now showcasing dancing traffic enforcers to change the mood and environment of the traffic situation of the city on January 4, 2016.

The traffic enforcers started controlling the traffic direction with a dance move combined with different upbeat songs that include "Love Ko Valencia," the official jingle and theme song of the city.

Atty. Genaro C. Cadigal Jr., City Legal Officer, said that a new way of commanding the traffic will help the motorists and commuters relieved from traffic-related stress.

"The purpose of such innovation will also give a positive impression for the hard-working traffic enforcers who work rain or shine for the city," Atty. Cadigal added.

The scheme is also expected to help the motorists and drivers to effectively follow the traffic rules and regulations while maintaining order and incorporating entertainment.

Positive reactions from the motorists and commuters were also noted as they were entertained while stuck in traffic.

The local government headed by the honorable Mayor Azucena P. Huervas believed that the dancing enforcers will effectively help ease the tension of traffic in the city.

The dancing traffic enforcers will be seen every day at 8-9am and 4-5pm at Sayre Highway corner G. Laviña Avenue in Poblacion, Valencia City, Bukidnon.
