This aligns with Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act.

How to secure a business permit

Pre-Registration

1. Secure the documentary requirements from national government agencies or local offices as required by law.

2. For DTI Business name Registration kindly click this link.
3. For Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Fire safety Inspection system (FSIS) registration, kindly click this link

Online Registration

1. Start filling the📄Business Permit Online Form (UAF) and follow the steps provided.
2. Provide accurate and complete information in in the UAF.
3. Use a VALID/ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS to receive a copy of the application, status update, The Order of Payment (TOP), and digital permit.
4. Upload the following documents:
1. 📄 Notatized Sworn Statement of Capital (New) or Gross Sales/Receipts (Renew).
2. 📄 Certificate of Occupancy
3. 📄 Proof of Registration (DTI/ SEC/ CDA)
4. 📄 Contract of Lease (if lessee)
5. 📄 Certified list of employees
6. Other documents as may be required by law.
5. After your application has been checked and approved, please wait to receive an email. This email will either confirm your application or ask you to provide more information for further verification. If confirmed, the email will include the TOP, which shows the taxes and fees you need to pay.
6. Make your Online Payment via linkbizportal or Gcash
1. For LBP-eServices
1. Visit LBP-eServices, click Pay Now and proceed.
2. Enter City Government of Valencia in the Merchant text Field.
3. Select Business Permit Transaction and click to continue.
4. Save a screenshot of successful payment confirmation and email it to licensing@cityofvalencia.gov.ph
2. For Gcash Payment
1. Scan the QR code below:

Instruction: Strictly input exact amount and add Php 10.00 Convenience Fee. No refund
